Bright Futures Tutoring
We provide high-quality 11+ tutoring services to students based anywhere in the UK.
Our founder, Feyi, graduated from the University of Nottingham with a 2:1 and worked as an Editor at a Big Five publishing house. She has been teaching for five years, and in that time, many of her students have gone to either grammar schools (Chislehurst and Sidcup, Bexley and Dartford Grammar, etc.) or excelled in their comprehensive schools. She also holds an updated DBS certificate.
*We are also open to teaching Maths and English up to Year 8; please do enquire if you are interested.
Services
Each lesson aligns with the UK government curriculum and focuses on confidence-building and exam techniques for 11+ students. It can be done one-on-one or in a group (maximum of 4 students).
For grouped lessons, parents are welcome to form their own if they prefer, but we can also group students based on skill and availability.
11+ Preparation
Detailed lessons and techniques for understanding and solving all topics. With the addition of the following:
- Tailored reading lists to improve comprehension of English and Verbal Reasoning.
- Practice tests
- Spelling and grammar exercises.
- Visual problem-solving exercises for Non-Verbal Reasoning.
- Each 2-hour lesson will have homework to complete for the next one.
- Mock tests each month from January
Rates start at £140 a month, dependent on hours/week
Monthly subscription package
Self-guided resources for 11+ prep (limited spaces for core subjects in Maths and English, for Year 6 onwards):
- Mini practice tests
- Detailed worksheets, with breakdowns of answers and explanations that are easy to follow.
- Reading lists to improve comprehension of English and Verbal Reasoning.
- Email delivery of resources every month.
£80 a month, please enquire about core subjects for prices.
